Project Management Flow Chart：
For your any project, we have an integrated and scientific procedure from RFQ to project finish.
Customer RFQ. Our sale team will response to your any question at any time. Our professional mold engineer team will quote according to the customer drawing with request within 2 days.
Mold Design. Our sales and engineers relative with the project should have a meeting for every project at the beginning. We should review the desgin carefully and optimize the mold design according to customer request and product characteristic.
Mold Layout. We should sent you a mold assembly drawing for your approval.
Purchase steel and resin. Once get your approval for layout, we should start to design components drawing of mold and purchase mold steel and the material for trial.
Schedule. Keeping track of the production schedule
Mold Making. Mould making as commitment schedule.
Mold Trial and Sampling Submitted. Mould trial as commitment date,and Samples are submitted with a detailed inspection report.
Confirm Sample. Check final sample according to specifications and confirm it
Packaging. Tooling finished and export mold package inspection(such as Material Certificate, Spare Part for Damageable, Electrode, Whole Digital and Writing Document, etc)
